This historic campaign will be financed through a variety of fundraising sources with an overall funding need of $22M, with an aim to raise $12M in philanthropic giving. By doubling patient capacity, our patients will have expanded access to safe and comfortable quality services with 15,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities, multidisciplinary collaboration, and an expansive network of leading specialists.
Newly designed areas in the expanded UCSF-Washington Cancer Center will house comprehensive services and outstanding patient-centered care all under one roof to residents of Southern Alameda County not previously available for the community as follows:
The Washington Hospital Healthcare Foundation has raised $11M to build an expanded state-of-the-art cancer center to provide better access to world-class treatment for patients like Christine. We urgently need your help to reach our $12M goal by December 31st to ensure we can continue to provide cancer care to our community long into the future.
Your gift will support expanded areas in the UCSF-Washington Cancer Center, tripling the size of the current facilities and serving our community with Academic-Level Care, Comprehensive Services, Research & Clinical Trails and a Survivorship Program.
