Steps for same-day urgent care appointments:

1. Call 510.248.8201, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2. A team member finds the most appropriate clinic for you – based on appointment availability that day
3. Your appointment is scheduled
4. You receive the care you need
5. The clinic team provides your primary care provider with visit information

Same-day urgent care appointments will be offered at one of several community clinics affiliated with Washington Hospital Healthcare System. There are 7 clinic locations in Fremont, 1 in Newark and 1 in Union City that will accept same-day urgent care appointments, based on appointment availability. The community clinics specialize in primary care, OB-GYN and pediatrics.
