WHHS Trauma Center
Opening July 2024
Overview of Your Trauma Center
Washington Hospital Healthcare System's Trauma Center will provide 24/7,
specialized, lifesaving care for critically injured patients. Our designation
as one of Alameda County's Level II Trauma Centers will stand as a testament
to our commitment to meet the growing needs of our community. This designation
will reflect our ability to offer local, advanced trauma care that previously
would have required patients to be transferred to other centers within
and outside of Alameda County.
