11th Annual Women's Health Conference at Washington Hospital Offers Leading Strategies for Health Care Navigation

Among the speakers at the 11th Annual Women’s Health Conference at Washington Hospital on Saturday, April 29, will be Leslie D. Michelson, author of The Patient’s Playbook. He’ll be sharing lifesaving strategies and decision-making tools that women, patients and family members can use to become savvy health care consumers.

Washington Hospital Healthcare System in Fremont, Calif., is presenting its 11th Annual Women’s Health Conference on Saturday, April 29, 2017, from 10 a.m. ­­­­to 2 p.m. It’ll be a fun and important event filled with a variety of speakers on topics such as heart health, nutrition and much more.

“We are really excited by this year’s program,” said Nancy Farber, chief executive officer at Washington Hospital. “Of special note will be a presentation by Leslie D. Michelson, author of The Patient’s Playbook. He’ll be sharing lifesaving strategies and decision-making tools that help women, patients and family members all become savvy health care consumers.”
