WeCare's patient portal - W MyChart - allows you, in a secure online way, to view portions of your health medical record, receive test results, schedule simple appointments, and more.

As of October 2013, you will be able to create your own personal password protected account. Accessible from your computer or smart phone, it will allow you to view prescriptions, limited portions of your health records (such as test results), and immunizations. You will also be able to send a message to your physician and schedule a simple appointment.
