Evening Lecture Series for Women
Join us for a one hour evening lecture on various women's health topics. Evening lectures are held from 7 - 8:30 p.m. and are offered most months of the year in the Washington Women's Center conference room.
Are you stressed out? Join Dr. Victoria Leiphart as she guides you through this four week series providing individualized, practical steps to incorporate mindfulness, exercise and healthy nutrition into your life to reduce stress. Class size limited to 20. Fee: $75.

Healthy Knowledge at Noon
Bring your lunch and come join us for a short topic about women's health. We offer one hour sessions at noon in our Washington Women's Conference Room. Unless otherwise noted, men and women are welcome. Please register by clicking here or by calling (800) 963-7070.
Conquer Your Fear of the Floor
Alecia Davis is a certified yoga instructor and she will discuss fall prevention and balance techniques to help keep you on your feet. She will show you practices that will help you strengthen your core to improve balance. Class size is limited to 15. Fee: $50
