If you would like to experience wellness massage in a warm and welcoming environment that promotes a sense of relaxation, Washington Women's Center has an affordable type of massage therapy just for you. Performed by licensed massage therapists, the Women's Center offers a wide variety of massage styles to fit your individual preference.

Massage can calm the nervous system and promote a sense of relaxation and well being. Massage reduces tension and anxiety. It can improve blood circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, which carries away the body's waste products and prevent and relieve muscles cramps and spasms.

We offer the following massage visits:

Swedish Massage relaxes body tensions using long, fluid strokes and a number of muscle kneading techniques. It improves circulation, reduces tension, and relieves sore muscles. Available for 30 minutes or 50 minutes, Fee: $45, $70

Sports Massage helps athletes improve flexibility and speeds recovery time. Available for 50 minutes, Fee: $70

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on connective tissues and works deep into the muscle to help ease and release long held patterns of muscular tension. Available for 20 or 50 minutes, Fee: $35, $70

Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate back pain for expectant mothers, aids in circulation, and gives the mother rest and relief from the discomfort of pregnancy. Available for 45 minutes, Fee: $55

Foot Reflexology is gentle, even foot massage which relaxes and reduces stress and tension. Available for 30 minutes, Fee: $45

Therapeutic Massage integrates neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue and reflexology with Swedish strokes to help relax and restore balance to the body. Available for 30 or 50 minutes, $45, $70

On-Site Chair Massage is provided in our Women's Center. It includes a short, seated massage which usually covers the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. Available for 15 minutes, Fee: $25
