Saturday Programs

Saturday Programs offer a more "in-depth" look at women focused topics. These programs are longer in length and may give the participants opportunities to actively participate in healthy activities in a fun nurturing environment. All programs meet and take place at the Washington Women's Center which is located at 2500 Mowry Avenue in Fremont.
