Have you seen Washington Hospital Healthcare System’s newly redesigned Health & Wellness Catalog? Each quarter, Washington Hospital offers a variety of new Health & Wellness Community Education Classes on topics ranging from heart health to weight management.
The catalog is the perfect tool to help you keep track of the upcoming classes that will benefit you and your family. Color-coded with a calendar of the next three months of classes, screenings and other services, the catalog offers an easy way to find the service you are looking for.
Learn more about free support groups, special classes for diabetics and those recovering from heart surgery, as well as great classes for pregnant moms and moms and babies. (See page 4 of the catalog to learn more about the Free Baby ‘n’ Me support group which offers a comfortable environment for moms to discuss their babies’ and receive helpful information from a professional, as well as other moms.)
The January through March 2005 edition of the Health & Wellness Catalog is now available.
Look for future editions of catalog to be released in March (for April through June classes); in June (for July through September classes); and in September (for October through December classes).
